Arvind Nilmadhub
CEO
Arvind is an economist by profession and is highly experienced. He has several years senior management experience, including at the Board of Investment Mauritius (BOI) and in one of the Top Groups in Mauritius. Arvind has also cooperated on a short-term consultancy project for the World Bank. He was also involved business expansion projects, namely in Madagascar and Kenya. He was also a committee member of the Investigation and Disciplinary Committees of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. Arvind is also a member of the International Consulting Economists’ Association (UK).
Aboubakar Lakhi

Mr. Aboobakar Lakhi is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in both professional practice and industry. He also holds a BSc in Management Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Bakar’s experience includes 10 years in audit and business advisory. He conducted the audit of companies involved in various sectors of the economy (Hotel, Financial Services, Sugar and Manufacturing among others). He was also involved in a number of financial consulting assignments both in Mauritius and overseas.
Jhayesh Jekarahjee

Mr. Jekarahjee is an experienced MLRO having more than 5 years of experience as an MLRO. He has acquired his experience by working for several management companies throughout his career. Mr. Jayesh holds an LLB and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Corporate and Financial Law.

Mr. Gavin Ng Lung Kit is a very passionate, driven, responsible, and hard-working professional and has over 5 years of working experience. Prior to joining Afribrains Ltd, Gavin has worked for the MCB Group and Ernst & Young at MCB, Gavin Ng Lung Kit has assisted in the preparation of year-end funds account, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Gavin was also involved in the analysis of Local and Foreign Equity Markets for MCB funds requirements as well as helping in the creation of MCB. IM fund index benchmarks. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Monash University, Australia.
